The Inn at Seacrest Beach with deeded beach access, a community pool and walkability to the East End of 30A's most popular shops and restaurants is ideally located between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Our 325 sq ft studio condo is well designed and makes efficient use of space. The kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, Kitchen-Aid toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, utensils and Tupperware.
Onsite amenities include a coin-operated laundry room. There are plenty of unassigned parking for one car, beach access, outdoor pool and hot tub. There are wonderful common areas to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. Free WIFI
The Inn at Seacrest Beach Unit 401 is one of the only few units in the complex to feature picture perfect Gulf views. Better yet, from this unit, you can see the sunrise and the sunset while enjoying the spacious balcony. Enjoy a spacious balcony with an oversized lounge chair and extra seating, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and community pool.

THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO BOOK
Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at Inn at Seacrest is through the Sunset Beach community. From the entrance area of the Inn at Seacrest, turn left onto 30A. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the right (south) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance).
This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of twelve will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.
Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Inn at Seacrest from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather).
