Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle of high-class living, spanning 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.
The Lasata Beach Resort Area: Lasata is situated next to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This complex offers its guests easy access to Sandestin’s spectacular white sandy beaches, four different golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, and a marina. Onsite amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and gorgeous garden.
Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away: less than a quarter of a mile! Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade and Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak and Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).
Looking for more nearby options? Horseshoe Bayou, Hammerhead's Bar and Grille, and Roberto's Pizzeria are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. This resort community is about a 10-minute drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Destin Executive airport is 11 miles away, a 20 to 25-minute car ride.

This renovated 5th floor two-bed/two-bath condo is furnished with king bed, two twin beds, sofa sleeper, two full bathrooms with tub/shower combo and kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Washer and dryer in unit.

A great vacation spot and you will be a short walking distance from entertainment of The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Relax with friends or the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Parking:
No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking area. If you have rented during a high-volume timeframe (for instance, July 4th), it is possible that the garage will fill up fast. There are additional parking spaces in Lots 1 and Lots 2 (all gates are accessed by the same QR code).
Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex’s underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it.
Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email your registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate.
This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way.
Directions to underground parking: Pass through the Welcome Gate and make a left on Baytowne Avenue. Continue on Baytowne Ave., making a slight right at the roundabout. Continue for about 1 more mile, until you see a large sign for Hotel Effie. Take a left, at the sign, onto Grand Sandestin Boulevard. Keep to the right and pass the Grand Sandestin Hotel. Stay to the right once more and you will see the underground parking garage on your left.
Once you are in the garage, follow the overhead hanging signs for Lasata parking (to the left). You may park in any spot labeled Lasata. There are elevators in the garage that will take you to the floor housing your vacation rental.
Other details to note:
Lasata's entry doors are locked from 11pm to 7am, daily. Guests will need to use the code provided (for Grand Lobby Baytowne Wharf) to gain entry during that time frame.
Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area. A beach tram is scheduled to stop every 15-20 minutes at the front entrance of the Grand Sandestin. If a tram does not stop at the designated area within 21 minutes, feel free to ask a representative at Grand Sandestin’s Front Desk staff for assistance. You need to take the yellow line! Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay. Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

- 30a Seascapes Policies & Non-Negotiable House Rules: Established quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). No pets. No parties. No illegal drugs and no weapons of any kind may be brought into the vacation rental. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited at units managed by 30a Seascapes. The costs associated with eliminating odors and residue (including HVAC system care, whenever such systems are present) have compelled us to take a firm stance against smoking in our units. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside common hallways nor on patios and balconies. Any clear evidence of smoking
- vaping will result in a $500 fine for the renting guest. Thank you for your compliance. If your unit has an air conditioning unit: • Do not run the AC while any doors

- windows are open (the coolant lines may freeze). • Set thermostats between 70 and 75 for optimal performance. • Guests will be charged for any service calls to fix the HVAC system if coolant lines freeze due to failure to follow established guidelines. If your vacation rental has a balcony, the following rules apply without exception: • It is unlawful to climb on or jump from balcony. • It is unlawful to throw items off balcony (including but not limited to food for animals). • No indoor furniture may be moved to the outdoor patios or balconies under any circumstances. • No items of any type shall be hung over or attached to the balcony rails. • Guests shall not lean themselves (or any other items) on the balcony rails. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our properties do not accommodate parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes
- RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles. The best way to protect your cold food items is to minimize opening the refrigerator door & assure that the air vents (between freezer and fridge compartments) are not blocked – if airflow decreases, moisture and temperature increase. Putting many room-temperature items in a smaller fridge all at once will warm up the refrigerator – returning to its cooler default temperature could take hours. While we do offer free Wi-Fi, we simply cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly (or at all). To boot, Tech Support is limited in many areas. If it is crucial that you have reliable internet access, we strongly recommend you provide your own hotspot device. No refunds or credits are offered for Wi-Fi interruptions. No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if guests are in violation of any policies or requirements and are consequently denied access to the property. All guests understand and agree that Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, claim or injury to persons or their personal property while on the Property, nor for any inconvenience, damage, claim, loss or injury arising from or related to any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing; changes to rental assignments; website or brochure errors; weather conditions; natural disasters; acts of God; or other reasons beyond their control. Guest, for himself or herself, his or her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, and on behalf of each occupant of the Property, and such occupants heirs, assignors, executors and administrators (each a “Guest Releasing Party”), fully release and discharge the Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action which any Guest Releasing Party has or may have in the future by reason of any illness, infection, injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to any Guest Releasing Party during the stay as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property or in use of any item provided during Guest(s) stay, including bikes, golf carts or other recreational items, including any claims, damages, costs or causes of action due to the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of any Owner, and agrees not to sue and to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. By making a reservation you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, and regulations applicable to your stay while simultaneously obeying all local laws.
