Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Parking: A parking pass must be purchased by guest at time of arrival. The parking pass needs to be visible (facing out) on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Parking pass and wristbands can be purchased, for $30, from the 1st floor office (9am to 5pm) or through security during high season (4pm to midnight). The $30 is a one time fee and is good for a parking pass and 4 wristbands. Valid for the entire stay. Please note that this resort only accepts cash at the front desk for the parking passes. There is an ATM machine in the lobby.
