Lakeside Serenity offers a perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. This two-story 1546 square foot condo is designed to make your coastal getaway unforgettable, with ample space, modern amenities, and spectacular gulf views from inside the unit as well as both balconies. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, an ice maker, and ample storage for your convenience. Relax on the screened-in balconies with views of Stewart Lake and enjoy the tranquil ambiance.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, dresser, closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, combination tub/shower, and toilet. Master has its own access to a screened-in balcony with stunning lake and Gulf views
Primary Guest Bedroom: King bed, dresser, closet, TV, ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower, vanity, and toilet

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Guests may park up to 2 vehicles in designated parking spaces near the unit. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. Golf cart parking is also conveniently located (and chargers are available).

About the Community/Property:

The Boardwalk Villas at Seascape Resort offer a peaceful, lakefront setting just steps from the beach. Visit nearby restaurants like Whale’s Tail Beach Bar and Grill or Cabana Cafe at Ariel Dunes. Explore walking and biking trails, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, water sports, and more within the resort. The Seascape Resort provides access to a wide range of amenities.

Enjoy Private Beach Access: A boardwalk from the complex leads directly to Seascape’s 2,000 feet of white sandy beaches. Enjoy the seasonally heated outdoor pool within a 1-minute walk of the condo, complete with a spacious pool deck, covered entertainment area, and bathrooms. Wristbands must be worn by all guests wishing to access the pool.

Other details to note:

Parking passes and swimming pool wristbands will be left on the kitchen countertop awaiting your arrival. Please leave the wristbands there for our next guests!

Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Trash bins are located by the building.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

If your vacation rental has a balcony, the following rules apply without exception: • It is unlawful to climb on or jump from balcony. • It is unlawful to throw items off balcony (including but not limited to food for animals). • No indoor furniture may be moved to the outdoor patios or balconies under any circumstances. • No items of any type shall be hung over or attached to the balcony rails. • Guests shall not lean themselves (or any other items) on the balcony rails. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our properties do not accommodate parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes
  • RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles. The best way to protect your cold food items is to minimize opening the refrigerator door & assure that the air vents (between freezer and fridge compartments) are not blocked – if airflow decreases, moisture and temperature increase. Putting many room-temperature items in a smaller fridge all at once will warm up the refrigerator – returning to its cooler default temperature could take hours. While we do offer free Wi-Fi, we simply cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly (or at all). To boot, Tech Support is limited in many areas. If it is crucial that you have reliable internet access, we strongly recommend you provide your own hotspot device. No refunds or credits are offered for Wi-Fi interruptions. No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if guests are in violation of any policies or requirements and are consequently denied access to the property.   • HOA. Guests will be fined for any damage to the unit or its contents. Upon departure, take all personal belongings with you. All guests understand and agree that Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, claim or injury to persons or their personal property while on the Property, nor for any inconvenience, damage, claim, loss or injury arising from or related to any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing; changes to rental assignments; website or brochure errors; weather conditions; natural disasters; acts of God; or other reasons beyond their control. Guest, for himself or herself, his or her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, and on behalf of each occupant of the Property, and such occupants heirs, assignors, executors and administrators (each a “Guest Releasing Party”), fully release and discharge the Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action which any Guest Releasing Party has or may have in the future by reason of any illness, infection, injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to any Guest Releasing Party during the stay as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property or in use of any item provided during Guest(s) stay, including bikes, golf carts or other recreational items, including any claims, damages, costs or causes of action due to the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of any Owner, and agrees not to sue and to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. By making a reservation you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, and regulations applicable to your stay while simultaneously obeying all local laws.
