Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

The Inn at Seacrest Resort Area: The resort area has a sizeable pool and hot tub for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Inn at Seacrest. For pool access, use the key provided in the unit. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Please do not make exceptions, as accidents introducing fecal matter into the pool require a special disinfection process, which will result in the pool shutting down for up to 24 hours.

Beach Tram Info: A complimentary beach tram is available to all guests of The Inn at Seacrest from March 1st– October 31st from 9am to 5:30pm CST (with no Tram service from noon-1; in addition, the Tram does not run in inclement weather).

Guests must call to schedule Tram pickup, otherwise no tram service will be provided. All guests 12 years of age and older must wear wristbands to access Tram service. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed on the Tram.

Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at Inn at Seacrest is through the Sunset Beach community. From the entrance area of the Inn at Seacrest, turn left onto 30A. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the right (south) side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance).

This private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of twelve will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.

Closest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.

Beach Chair Rental Service: Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. We recommend using the website to rent chairs and umbrellas in advance, especially during the summer months.

Bike Rentals near the Inn at Seacrest: The bike rentals are in front of the Village Complex. The best places to ride are through the Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach neighborhoods. Rosemary Beach is about 100 yards left of the Village Complex (where you are booked) and Alys Beach is about 200 yards to the right of the complex.

Fitness Gym near Inn at Seacrest: Paradise Fitness Gym in Carillon Beach is the closest fitness center. It's about 10 minutes from the condo by car. The club offers monthly, weekly, or daily rates.

Grocery fix: The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 7 minutes away (by car). Turn left on County Road 30A. At the traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie.

Seacrest Beach is ideally situated between Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Ultra-comfortable condo, with large bathroom, full-size fridge, and topnotch location! Seacrest Beach is nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, two of the most gorgeous enclaves in 30A to explore!

This building is a rare gem within 30A. Quiet and quaint so you can enjoy a great night's sleep: there are no commercial businesses or rowdy restaurants to disturb you. Walk or bike to everywhere you need to be from this perfect location. This property is such a prize, offering guests a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Plus, the hot tub is heated ALL yearlong!

There's more! Your first day is set-up for coffee + hot tea + cold creamers alongside your 10-cup coffeemaker. Non-paraben amenities are in your bathroom. There is plenty of room to set up a Pac-n-Play for a little one between the kitchen and bedroom area.

You are directly on 30A (not tucked away in some far-off neighborhood). Moreover, this unit is located on the preferred *west* side of this building (away from the main driveway, the parking lot, and the dumpster chute). Watch out for interior units that only offer an outside ledge and no windows.

Guests are a 10-minute walk to Rosemary Beach (to the east) and a 2-minute walk to stunning Alys Beach. The east end of beach Highway 30A is both bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly, with multiple crosswalk signal lights and amply sized bike paths.

When sharing photos with loved ones and recalling treasured memories, you know what y'all won't see? Electricity poles and powerlines!

The Inn at Seacrest Beach is a charming four-story building (each floor has 10 units). Those who stay here are sufficiently far from 30A's hustle and bustle -- no morning commotion, no blaring sunrise truck deliveries, no late-night retail attracting rambunctious crowds. Our sliding glass doors and windows sport heavy black-out curtains for those who like to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.

Other details to note:

The dumpster is located on the east side of the building. There is a small opening there; simply walk inside that opening and dispose of your trash.

Washers and dryers are available for guest use. They are located on the 1st floor by the pool area and are coin operated. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

  • 30a Seascapes Policies & Non-Negotiable House Rules: Established quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). No pets. No parties. No illegal drugs and no weapons of any kind may be brought into the vacation rental. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited at units managed by 30a Seascapes. The costs associated with eliminating odors and residue (including HVAC system care, whenever such systems are present) have compelled us to take a firm stance against smoking in our units. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside common hallways nor on patios and balconies. Any clear evidence of smoking
  • vaping will result in a $500 fine for the renting guest. Thank you for your compliance. If your unit has an air conditioning unit: • Do not run the AC while any doors

  • windows are open (the coolant lines may freeze). • Set thermostats between 70 and 75 for optimal performance. • Guests will be charged for any service calls to fix the HVAC system if coolant lines freeze due to failure to follow established guidelines. If your vacation rental has a balcony, the following rules apply without exception: • It is unlawful to climb on or jump from balcony. • It is unlawful to throw items off balcony (including but not limited to food for animals). • No indoor furniture may be moved to the outdoor patios or balconies under any circumstances. • No items of any type shall be hung over or attached to the balcony rails. • Guests shall not lean themselves (or any other items) on the balcony rails. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our properties do not accommodate parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes
  • RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles. The best way to protect your cold food items is to minimize opening the refrigerator door & assure that the air vents (between freezer and fridge compartments) are not blocked – if airflow decreases, moisture and temperature increase. Putting many room-temperature items in a smaller fridge all at once will warm up the refrigerator – returning to its cooler default temperature could take hours. While we do offer free Wi-Fi, we simply cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly (or at all). To boot, Tech Support is limited in many areas. If it is crucial that you have reliable internet access, we strongly recommend you provide your own hotspot device. No refunds or credits are offered for Wi-Fi interruptions. No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if guests are in violation of any policies or requirements and are consequently denied access to the property. No refunds or credits offered if amenities are made unavailable by the resort
  • HOA. Guests will be fined for any damage to the unit or its contents. Upon departure, take all personal belongings with you. Valued items left behind will be shipped at guest's expense and only on Fridays. Read our shipping policy here. Legal Matters: If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. All guests understand and agree that Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, claim or injury to persons or their personal property while on the Property, nor for any inconvenience, damage, claim, loss or injury arising from or related to any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing; changes to rental assignments; website or brochure errors; weather conditions; natural disasters; acts of God; or other reasons beyond their control. Guest, for himself or herself, his or her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, and on behalf of each occupant of the Property, and such occupants heirs, assignors, executors and administrators (each a “Guest Releasing Party”), fully release and discharge the Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action which any Guest Releasing Party has or may have in the future by reason of any illness, infection, injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to any Guest Releasing Party during the stay as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property or in use of any item provided during Guest(s) stay, including bikes, golf carts or other recreational items, including any claims, damages, costs or causes of action due to the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of any Owner, and agrees not to sue and to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. By making a reservation you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, and regulations applicable to your stay while simultaneously obeying all local laws.
