Our charming condo is situated on the 1st floor of the H Building within the resort, just minutes away from the beach. Nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A, the Village complex is ideal for couples, families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways, and destination weddings. It's an art lover's paradise with numerous unique shops and local restaurants within walking distance.

Location, relaxation, and good times define our renovated Studio, located in the heart of Florida’s scenic Highway 30A corridor in Seacrest Beach. Positioned between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, it's steps away from local eateries and the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast, offering the rejuvenating vacation you’ve been craving.

Nestled between glamorous Alys Beach (a few blocks west) and The Village of Rosemary Beach (a block east), the Villages of South Walton at Seacrest Beach offers the best of both worlds. Whether you stroll to nearby quaint shops, indulge in wine and craft bars, or simply soak up the sun and sand on the beach, you'll experience the essence of the Emerald Coast. Plus, enjoy access to The Village of South Walton's TWO Community Pools, one of which is heated!

Highway 30A winds along Florida’s gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach, showcasing the coastal villages of South Walton with their rare dune lakes, sugar-white sand, and emerald blue waters. Beach Access:

The Villages of South Walton are just a 5-minute (0.3 mile) walk from their Deeded Beach Access! Alternatively, hop on the Tram for quick access.

Rental Beach Gear:

Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. Their website is accessible and to rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. We recommend using the website to rent chairs and umbrellas in advance, especially during the summer months.

Pool Access:

The Villages of South Walton Community Pools (one seasonally heated) are located mere steps away from the front door!

Nearby Restaurants:

Enjoy dining options like Lola's Coastal Italian, Ticheli's Pizza, SmallCakes Cupcakery & Creamery, and more, all within walking distance.
Important Notes:

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to book.

Parking is available behind the Villages of South Walton, with no parking passes required.

Washers and dryers are available for guest use at the pool area, equipped with credit card readers.

No refunds for Wi-Fi issues, as it's not guaranteed at the beach.

No smoking, pets, events, firearms, or refunds for internet outages. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
