We enjoyed our stay at David’s place! It was perfect for my family of 3 plus my teen sister. We did not have any issues while there. I cannot comment... read more on the tv apps as we travel with our Apple TV but the WiFi did not fail us during our stay. The beach is only a few floors down and steps away 🙂

Pros include, -David always being quick to respond to any inquiries, location was perfect with stupendous views, property was clean; and we were super grateful... read more for that. Only con we had was the issue of temporary wristbands on Day 1. Note: Semi permanent wristbands are provided to facilitate access to the parking garage, and the beach, however our temporary ones did not. After communicating the issue to David, on day 3 he suggested we switch our temporary wristbands for semi parament ones at the front desk, and that was a good solution because it made moving around a lot easier. All in all we had a great stay with a super host, and look forward to more stays in the future!

Great condo and host if you're staying at Shores. David was very responsive which was greatly appreciated since I booked my trip just hours before coming down. This unit has... read more the resort wristbands and parking included in the room. This is important as almost every other unit there on Airbnb requires an $85-$100 fee for them at time of arrival, and you have to wait at the registration desk. I was able to skip that completely and just park and unpack. Unit was spotless and had a great ocean view. Huge tvs inside and is close to the elevators also, which is convenient. I cooked during my entire stay and had what I needed there to do so. The nice balcony furniture was appreciated as well. Highly recommended

Overall we had a great stay! Great views from the balcony, wonderful pool, and easy beach access. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes,etc. The unit was as pictured... read more and overall for the beach is in great condition with normal wear and tear. One complaint is the floors could use a good scrubbing. If we walked barefoot, our feet were black with dirt. We had no problems with elevators…pretty typical wait times for a large resort. There is an elevator right by the unit which was super convenient. Everyone seems to complain about the parking garage, but we had no issues and was in a Ram 1500. The spaces are on the tight side, but there are larger spaces on the 1st floor and top of the garage. If you pay attention and look forward towards the next level using the mirrors, you won’t have problems navigating. Just being nit picky, but the unit could use a floor length mirror. Other than that, we had a great stay! We would definitely book with David again!
